This isn’t a major release, but it does fix a major bug in 2018.01, where users can save items without filling in required fields, and affecting all versions of SharePoint 2013 and later. So if you’re running version 2018.01 on any version of SharePoint except 2010, I’d encourage you to download this newer version.
